  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
  • Orange juice - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ginger (grated on a fine grater) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hot red pepper (pinches)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Sesame - 1 teaspoon

How to cook chicken hearts on skewers step by step with photos


1. Rinse chicken hearts, trim off fatty parts, rinse well again and place in a bowl or container. For the marinade, mince garlic, add ginger, soy sauce, juice, oil and pepper.
