Chicken hearts on skewers

Found on our site also hearts on skewers, but there is a completely different recipe. That's why I decided to lay out mine. My godson just loves these hearts!!!
Ingredients for chicken hearts on skewers:

Chicken hearts

800-1000 g

Carrots
-
1 pc
-
Onion
-
1 pc
-
Cucumber
(pickled)
-
1 pc
-
Garlic
-
2 clove
-
Sunflower oil
(for frying)

Spices
(salt, pepper, to taste)
How to cook chicken hearts on skewers step by step with photos

Rinse chicken hearts well, remove excess material. Thread onto skewers. Put on dry frying pan. After about 5 minutes add a little sunflower oil. Cook under a lid until soft, about 15 minutes. |

Onion we cut in half rings, grate carrots on a coarse grater, sprinkle hearts with them, braise for 10 more minutes. |

Finely chop cucumber and garlic, add salt, pepper, stir a little and stew for 10 minutes more. |
|
That is all! The hearts are soft and beautiful and carrots with onions are very tasty with potatoes. I never throw anything out of this recipe, it's all delicious. |
