  • Chicken hearts - 500 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Chili pepper
  • Walnuts - 0.5 glass
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook chicken hearts with walnuts step by step with photos


Assemble all ingredients we need. Rinse hearts well and remove unnecessary fat and blood clots.

Put the hearts on a hot pan with olive oil and fry for 10 minutes. Then put them in a bowl and keep warm.

Cut the onion into half rings, chop the chili pepper into thin slices and mince the garlic.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent, then add the chili pepper and garlic.

Coarsely chop walnuts and also send to the pan with the onion. Cook for 1 minute and add our cooked hearts. Warm all the contents of the frying pan for 2 more minutes.
