How to cook chicken liver step by step with photos

Rinse chicken liver and soak in milk for 30 minutes. |

After 30 minutes take out the liver, dry it, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. |

Fry in vegetable oil until softened. |

Boil, peel, cool carrots and cut into julienne strips. Cut cucumber also in julienne strips. |
