Ingredients for a snack with chicken liver:


  • Chicken Liver - 0.5 kilo
  • Chicken Egg (boiled) - 3 pcs
  • Milk - 0,5 l
  • Peking cabbage - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise (Maheev's) - 5 tablespoon
  • Mustard (Maheev) - 2 tablespoon
  • Pickled cucumber - 3 pcs
  • Carrots (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley

How to cook chicken liver step by step with photos


Rinse chicken liver and soak in milk for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take out the liver, dry it, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Fry in vegetable oil until softened.

Boil, peel, cool carrots and cut into julienne strips. Cut cucumber also in julienne strips.

Boil, peel, cool eggs. Make the dressing: mix Maheev mayonnaise with mustard.

Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.

Dress the sliced carrots, cucumber and onions with the sauce.

Cut off the top and base of the cabbage. Cut it up into individual leaves.

Drizzle with the coleslaw, put a piece of fried liver and garnish with hard-boiled egg slices and parsley leaves.
