Chicken liver fritters in sour cream

We have chicken liver fritters on the table today, stewed in sour cream.
The pancakes are very tender and juicy. And surprisingly, they do not have a distinctly liver flavor.

How to cook chicken liver fritters in sour cream step by step with photos

Finely chop onion and fry. |

Add an egg to the liver, after mincing it with a meat grinder or in a blender. |

Then add flour and fried onions. |

Mix thoroughly and spread out the pancakes on a heated griddle with a table spoon. Fry on both sides until golden brown. |

Put fried pancakes in a pan or saucepan, pour cream on it, cover with a lid and stew for 10-15 minutes. |

Your fritters are ready. You can serve them with mashed potatoes or rice. Pour the sour cream in which our pancakes were stewed over a side dish, it will be very delicious.
