  • Buckwheat Grits (from Mistral) - 2 sachet.
  • Chicken liver - 500 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Wheat flour / Flour (a few spoons)
  • Onions - 0,5 pcs
  • vegetable oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sour cream (for sauce)
  • Greens
  • Berry sauce (cranberry )

I bet a lot of people like buckwheat and chicken liver? I suggest making a not quite usual serving: liver pancakes with buckwheat filling. We liked it)

Put 2 buckwheat pancakes in boiling water and boil for 20 minutes.

Wash the liver, remove all unnecessary things, grind with a blender or meat grinder. Add egg, salt and pepper. Add flour (2-4 spoons).

Make pancakes (I have 6). They are cooked very quickly!

In another frying pan, fry onion in a mixture of vegetable and butter.

To the onion place cooked buckwheat from the pancakes.

Spread a little of the filling on the pancake, then roll up into a tube. If necessary secure with a skewer.

Serve at once with the sauce. For the sauce, mix the sour cream and herbs together. I liked it when you add a dash of cranberry sauce to the sour cream sauce.
