Ingredients for chicken liver with mango juice:


  • Chicken liver - 500 g
  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Freshly squeezed juice ((with mango pulp)) - 200 ml
  • Kefir - 200 ml
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 8 tablespoon
  • Curry - 3 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil ((for frying))
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Tomato ((freshly squeezed juice)) - 50 ml
  • Lemon ((freshly squeezed juice)) - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt ((to taste))
  • Black pepper ((ground) to taste))

How to cook chicken liver with mango juice step by step with photos


Ingredients for Chicken Liver Battered.

Rinse and marinate chicken liver in a mixture of kefir and soy sauce for 1 hour.

Wash and peel mango. Finely chop it and squeeze out the juice in a juicer (juice should be with pulp).

While the liver is marinating, make the batter. Mix eggs, flour, curry, salt and pepper (to taste). It should be a homogeneous mixture without lumps. For making the batter exotic we add freshly squeezed mango juice with pulp.

Batter and mango juice mix well.

Remove the liver from the marinade. Dip each piece of liver in batter and fry in oil on medium heat until liver is done.

Making the sauce for the appetizer. For this, finely chop and sauté the peeled onions in vegetable oil, then add the tomato juice, soy sauce and lemon juice. Braise for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ready liver in batter.

Taste prepared sauce on liver and add chopped greens. Enjoy it!!!
