Chicken skin chips

Often when cooking chicken, chicken skin gets tossed in the trash, just not everyone knows what delicious things you can make with it. I didn't know either until I saw this recipe on TV and decided to try it. It's so unhealthy, but it's so good! It's quick and easy to make. You can crunch it with beer, sprinkle it on a salad or add it to soup.
Ingredients for chicken skin chips:

Chicken skin

Salt

Black Pepper

Red Hot Pepper

Sweet Paprika
How to cook chicken skin chips step by step with photos

Separate chicken skin from chicken, cut into strips. |

Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and hot pepper over the skin. |
|
Put baking paper in a pan, put strips of skin on it. |
|
Put some more baking paper with a flat weight on it. Put in preheated oven at 200° (gas), bake for 20 minutes. |
|
Remove the chips on a sheet of paper towel, carefully drain the fat that remains on the baking paper into a jar and use for other dishes. |

Our chips are ready! I don't get much from just one chicken, I'll have to save some more. |
