How to cook appetizer "eared" step by step with photos
These are raw pig ears. They should be washed very carefully, seared if necessary, and boiled with the roots, bay leaf and allspice. Add salt only. |
I cooked in a multicooker for 1 hour. The cooking time depends on the size of the ears and the desired softness. Cool the ears in the broth, dry and brush with marinade sauce "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Let it marinade for 30 minutes. |
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, sweet bell pepper in thin slices, radish slices. There is no need to salt or season the vegetables. Their natural flavor will combine perfectly with the spicy flavor of pickled ears. Slice the ears into thin slices, add a clove of garlic and season with soy sauce "Kikkoman". |
Place all the ingredients on a plate and sprinkle with basil leaves, crushed coriander and a mixture of 5 peppers. |
This spicy and tangy appetizer is sure to please beer lovers! Not only that, my whole family enjoys it very much! |

Bon appetit! |
