Ingredients for khee from tripe:

  • Beef Rib (boiled) - 1 kg
  • Onions - 0,5 kg
  • Water - 3 l
  • Bay leaf - 5 units
  • Black pepper (peas and ground 1 tsp.l.) - 2 teaspoon
  • Spice mix (aromatic herbs for first and second courses.) - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Red hot pepper - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika - 3 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar (70%) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Sesame - 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Curry - 1 teaspoon

How to cook tripe meal step by step with photos

My husband and I bought some highly pureed tripe, so all that's left is to wash it well. Pour water into a pot, put tripe down, bring to boil, remove foam, add bay leaf, pepper, salt, mix of aromatic herbs. Cook for 2 hours on low heat.

Peel onions, cut them into thin semicircles and marinate in vinegar for 15 minutes.

Boil some water.

Cut it into strips.

Add minced garlic.

Add pickled onion to the tripe, mix well.

Gently toast sesame seeds in a pan, add to the tripe.

Prepare the spices.

Heat searing spices in frying pan with oil.

Pour oil and spices over the tripe and add soy sauce. Chill in fridge for a couple of hours.
