Ingredients for the holiday liver snack:


Pancakes

  • Chicken liver - 400 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Zucchini - 150 g
  • Carrots - 80 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 100 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml

The spread

  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Greens - 3 sprigs.
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon

Decoration

  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (leaves) - 6 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

How to cook liver snack step by step with photos


Put a chopper in the bowl of the GALAXY, put the ingredients: liver, carrot, zucchini, onion, garlic, and mince until coarse. This will only take a minute and a half or two minutes.

In the shredded mass, add pepper, salt (I have Adygei), flour, soda, egg, whisk for a few seconds, the dough is liquid.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and bake the same pancakes, over low heat.

That's quite a pile of pancakes. Let them cool completely. I used to fry pancakes and cut them into circles, but now I've decided to bake them as pancakes.

Divide boiled eggs into whites/yolks and grate on a medium grater into different bowls.

In another bowl grate hard cheese, add mayonnaise, chop any herbs, I took a sprig each - dill, parsley, cilantro, mix.

I will make a stack of three pancakes. Spread a little cheese mixture on two pancakes, stack them on top of each other, cover the third one.

Add the coconut shavings to the grated egg whites. The whites are moist and the shavings will make them slightly dry.

Take a stack of folded pancakes, coat the sides with mayonnaise with a brush and roll them in the whites.

Spread mayonnaise on top of the pancakes, decorate them with egg yolks.

To serve lay them on lettuce leaves and garnish with rings of cherry tomatoes. Bon appétit!
