Ingredients for souffle "festive":

  • Chicken liver - 300 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 units
  • semolina - 3 tablespoon
  • Carrots (large) - 1 pc
  • Champignons - 200 g
  • Onion (medium) - 1 pc
  • Semi hard cheese - 70 g
  • Ginger (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Coriander (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - to taste
  • butter (for frying) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook souffle "Holiday" step by step with photos

Rinse and chop liver in a food processor until smooth. Add the egg yolks, salt, spices, and semolina. I used white wheat TM Mistral. Whisk everything again, set aside.

Let's make the stuffing. Peel carrots, grate them on a fine grater, fry in vegetable oil. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Peel mushrooms and onions, chop them in random shapes, fry in butter. Cool mushrooms with onions and chop them in a combine until smooth.

Whisk egg whites with pinch of salt until stiff. Carefully fold in the whisked whites with a spatula into the liver mass.

In a suitable dish, put half the liver mass, then a layer of chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese, then a layer of carrots, place the remaining mass in the next layer. Bake in preheated oven up to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. You can serve both warm and cold.
