Ingredients for a hot pita appetizer:

  • Lavash - 2 units
  • Chicken Gizzards - 200 g
  • Chicken hearts - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Greens (dill or parsley) - 1 bunch.
  • Green onions (small bundle) - 1 bunch.
  • Salt
  • Sweet-scented pepper
  • Hollandaise cheese (finely grated) - 150 g
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - 100 ml

How to cook hot pita step by step with photos

Rinse and boil baby bellies and hearts in salted water until tender 30-40 minutes.

Let meat cool and mince through a meat grinder.

Chop green onions and throw them in minced meat.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and also send it to the meat.

Shred greens and pour into a bowl. Salt and pepper stuffing, add 2 yolks and mix it. Our stuffing is ready!

Now let's do the pita. I have two large pita breads. I cut it into 4 pieces, and the total I had 8 pieces.
