Time to cook: 60 minutes

Nutritional Value

I've tried lots of variations of this dish, we really love it)) But this is a tried-and-true one that I made, and it's really good. This is the amount of ingredients that make a big salad bowl.

Rinse pork ears well as you can, trim off the soft part you don't need. Cook in salted water for about an hour

While the ears are boiling, grate carrots with a special grater for Korean-style carrots. With an ordinary grater does not work, alas. The coarser the carrot, the more convenient it is.

Pour in salt and sugar, knead well until the carrots have softened and runny.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, spices (better to buy in the market by weight than in a package), red pepper, a little more salt, squeeze garlic. Stir everything.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it vigorously. Pour boiling oil in carrots, stir and put under the pressure for 20-30 minutes. I have here such a press))

When the ears are cooked, let them cool, definitely in the broth! Then take them out and finely chop them into julienne strips. The thinner the ears are sliced, the better they will marinate.

Mix ears with carrots and put in fridge for an hour under the press. Longer stand - better marinade. I leave them overnight, but in the morning half of them are gone! =)
