How to cook appetizer "liver envelopes" step by step with photos

Ideally you would need beef liver for this recipe, but I had pork liver today.
Wash the liver, cut it into big chunks, and boil it for about 25-30 minutes. You can add a bay leaf and a bell pepper for flavor. |
Finely chop onion and grate carrot. Sauté onion and carrot. In a skillet, first put the onions, let them brown, then add the carrots. |
Cut gherkins into small strips |
By this time liver is ready. Drain, rinse and let cool. Then slice into thin strips. |
Mix all ingredients, add mayonnaise |
Prepare a big bowl with warm water and a clean kitchen towel. Dip a sheet of rice paper in water for 10 seconds, then put it on the towel for a few seconds on both sides and let the water drain away. Place on a plate, spread stuffing and wrap up into an envelope |
