Ingredients for liver pancakes:

How to cook liver pancakes step by step with photos

Wash and peel the liver and cut it into pieces (I took turkey liver) |

Finely chop onion, grate carrot and fry in sunflower oil. |

Put liver together with fried onion and carrot through a meat grinder, add eggs, starch, salt and pepper and mix well. |

Fry our pancakes in the sunflower oil. |
