Ingredients for liver pancakes:

  • Beef Liver (any) - 0.5 kg
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Onion (small) - 2 pcs
  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Spices (salt, pepper)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)
  • Potato starch - 2 tablespoon

How to cook liver pancakes step by step with photos

Wash and peel the liver and cut it into pieces (I took turkey liver)

Finely chop onion, grate carrot and fry in sunflower oil.

Put liver together with fried onion and carrot through a meat grinder, add eggs, starch, salt and pepper and mix well.

Fry our pancakes in the sunflower oil.

I put mayonnaise on them and put them together two by two. They turned out very tasty! My family ate them up cheek by jowl! Help yourself, enjoy!!
