  • Beef liver - 1000 g

  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • semolina - 4 tablespoon

  • Sour cream - 300 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Water - 100 ml
