  • Chicken Liver (boiled) - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Mushrooms (champignons) - 50 g
  • Onions (pickled ) - 0.5 pcs
  • Soft cheese ( melted paste)
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook salad " liver salad" step by step with photos


Boil and grate liver. Chop onion into small cubes and marinade. Fry mushrooms and finely chop them. Roughly grate the eggs (leave the yolk of one for decoration).

First layer - eggs. 2nd layer - liver (peppered and mixed with melted melted cheese) + pickled onions. 3 layer - fried mushrooms + fine mesh mayonnaise. 4th layer - eggs + melted melted cheese (not too much),5th layer - egg yolk + greens. Bon appetit!
