Ingredients for neck:


  • Beef liver - 200 g
  • Beef lung - 200 g
  • Heart - 200 g
  • Onion (large) - 3 pcs
  • semolina - 8 tablespoon
  • Sesame (seeds) - 2 tablespoon
  • Basil
  • Dill

How to cook neck step by step with photos


Cook liver, lung and heart for 30 minutes., Let cool and finely chop.

Cut the onion into small square slices and fry until golden brown.

Pour semolina in a dry pan and fry it until it becomes light brown, then add water, stirring to make a thick porridge (approximately 200 ml of water)

Mix all ingredients, add sesame seeds, basil, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Knead well.

Cover tightly in cellophane, tie up and put into boiling water. Cook for 30-40 minutes., Take it out, cool it down and put it in the fridge.

The author suggests cutting the ready dish like sausage. I made it into small balls! It's very delicious with fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes! Bon appetit!
