Neck

The recipe for this dish was posted on this site in 2009 by user G-alina under the title "Shake" and illustrated by me as part of the "Coloring".
Ingredients for neck:

Onion
(large)

Dill
How to cook neck step by step with photos

Cook liver, lung and heart for 30 minutes., Let cool and finely chop. |

Cut the onion into small square slices and fry until golden brown. |
|
Pour semolina in a dry pan and fry it until it becomes light brown, then add water, stirring to make a thick porridge (approximately 200 ml of water) |

Mix all ingredients, add sesame seeds, basil, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Knead well. |

Cover tightly in cellophane, tie up and put into boiling water.
Cook for 30-40 minutes., Take it out, cool it down and put it in the fridge. |

The author suggests cutting the ready dish like sausage. I made it into small balls! It's very delicious with fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes!
