How to cook liver cake step by step with photos

Begin by making the dough for the liver cake. Grind liver through meat grinder with onion. Add egg, salt, baking soda and pepper.

Let's mix all the ingredients. Add flour, stir again, then milk and oil. The batter for liver pancakes is ready. It should have the consistency of regular pancakes

Bake in a pan and let the pancakes cool

Mix mayonnaise, garlic squeezed with a garlic press, and grated hard cheese

Cut triangles of different size from pancakes, spread each one with a mixture of mayonnaise, cheese and garlic and thread it on a skewer. The skewer I had previously stuck in a small piece of carrot for stability.

I decorated the top with a carrot star cut out of carrots and scattered small pieces of cucumber and carrots all over the Christmas tree for decoration. It is possible to make a cake from remained pancakes, also to spread with a mix of mayonnaise, garlic and cheese. Enjoy!!
