Ornate Snack

Today I want to offer one of my favorite yet simple appetizers. And rice comes in handy as a snack and as a main meal.
Ingredients for snack "smart":

Rice
(TM Mistral)

1/4 sachet.

Beef liver
(boiled, grated)

6 tablespoon

Carrots
(boiled)

1 pc
-
Sour cream
-
1 tablepoon
-
Crackers
-
8 pcs
-
Garlic
-
4 clove
-
Salt
-
to taste
How to cook appetizer "pretty" step by step with photos

Boil liver and rice in advance. Let cool and then grate liver on a fine grater. Add half the garlic and salt. Stir. |

Add sour cream (or mayonnaise) and mix. |
|
Grate carrots on a fine grater. Mix with minced garlic. |
|
Take the boiled rice out of the cooker and take the required amount. |
|
Add the rice to the carrots and mix. |
|
You can add sour cream and salt to taste. |
|
Take a cracker and put a layer of liver, then rice with carrots and liver again.
Snack time is done! |
