Paserica appetizer

Translated from Romanian "Paserica" means "Birdie". I found the recipe for this dish in my mom's old notebook... Since I like chicken giblets very much, I decided to try it! It didn't disappoint at all! Nourishing, tasty, fast and unusual! Serve this appetizer hot!

How to cook snack "parserica" step by step with photos

Cut chicken giblets and onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until almost cooked (about 20 minutes).
Chop boiled eggs and grate cheese.
Add eggs, sour cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper and cheese (2 tbsp.l. for baking).
Heat mass over medium heat. |

Place egg and egg powder )))) in the ramekins (I had two separate ramekins, but you can have one generic ramekin).
Pour the beaten egg and sprinkle with cheese, place in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 20 minutes. |
