Liver Patties

  • Beef Liver - 300 g
  • Onion (medium size) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (medium sized; grate) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Marjoram - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil (Refined; for frying liver patties) - 5 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg (raw) - 1 pc

Vegetable cream

  • Carrots (medium size; on medium grater) - 1 pc
  • Onions (medium size) - 1 pc
  • Garlic (small size) - 1 clove
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Green onion - 1 sprig.
  • Mayonnaise (to grease cutlets - halves) - 2 tablespoon

Egg fudge

  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 piece

Decoration

  • Beets (small size) - 1 pc
  • Parsley - 2 sprigs.
  • Mayonnaise (with beet juice added) - 3 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce - 1 pooch.

How to cook liver cakes "pink roses" step by step with photos


Prepare liver, onion, garlic for meat patties.

Grind liver in meat grinder.

Add the beaten raw egg and 1 tsp salt, marjoram and ground black pepper to the liver mass.

Add flour to liver mixture.

Peel and grate medium-sized carrots.

Add carrots to liver mass.

Stir well.

Pour refined sunflower oil in a pan. Spoon flat cutlets and fry on 2 - sides.

Here are the cutlets for cakes. Let cool.

Boil 1 egg: grate the egg yolk separately on a medium slicer, white separately for the vegetable fondant.

Prepare the ingredients for the vegetable cream: Grate 1 medium-sized carrot on a medium grater. To the carrots add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and ground black pepper and finely chopped garlic.

Add 0.5 teaspoons salt to the mixed vegetable cream ingredients. Taste.

Begin assembling the liver patties. Spread a layer of carrot cream on one patty, sprinkle with chopped green onions, drip a little mayonnaise on the surface and cover the second patty, slightly press down.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the surface of the patty. Sprinkle with egg yolk or white.

To decorate: add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and drizzle with beet juice for color, stir and spread with a grid on the egg fondant. Boil small beets in advance, cool them, peel them. Make roses and buds out of it. Make leaves from parsley.
