Liver marinated in bread kvass and baked in the oven. It turns out very tender and delicious, and with a mug of cold kvass Ochakovsky - just the bomb! Highly recommend!

Ingredients for pork liver with kvass:

  • Pork Liver - 1 kg
  • Kvas (Ochakovsky white) - 0,5 l
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook pork liver with kvass step by step with photos

Wash the liver in one piece.

Grate chopped garlic cloves, rub with salt and pepper, put bay leaf.

Pour white kvass "Family secret" from Ochakovo.

Leave to marinade for 2 hours.

Put marinaded liver into baking dish.

Bake in heated oven (180 -200 degrees), pouring marinade every 10 minutes until ready (I have baked liver for about an hour). Do not over dry it.

Turns out very tender!
