Thoroughly wash and boil the pig ears and skin with the dry root, allspice and bay leaf.

Line a plastic bowl with clingfilm and lay out the pork skin.

Then place the pork ears in layers.

Coat each layer generously with soy sauce-marinade marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman", Chopped garlic, balsamic, capers and mixed peppers.

Cover with slices of pork skin and wrap in clingfilm. Cover with pieces of pork skin and wrap in cling film, place a weight on top and leave in the fridge for a few hours.

The next morning our snack is ready!

Pressed ears perfectly cut into slices of any thickness and do not fall apart at all. There was no one in my family who wasn't indifferent! My husband said : "This is the coolest thing ever!", and went out for a beer! You should try it too!

Bon appetit!
