  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 6 units
  • Walnuts - 0,5 glass
  • Butter (for frying)
  • Spices (salt, pepper)

How to cook liver sausage step by step with photos


Prepare ingredients for recipe.

Fry liver in butter (add a little salt at the end), Fry onion separately until golden, Boil eggs.

Put all the ingredients through a meat grinder twice, salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap it in cellophane or cling film, making a sausage shape, and put it out into the cold (but not in the freezer), preferably overnight, and in the morning you can take it out.
