Ingredients for liver sausage with mushrooms:


  • Pork liver (Any kind) - 1 kg
  • Lung - 300 g
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Champignons (Large, if medium - 10 pieces) - 6 pcs
  • Potato starch - 6 tablespoon
  • Gelatin - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Spices
  • Beans (White canned or boiled) - 350 g

How to cook liver sausage with mushrooms step by step with photos


Wash liver and lung, let drain

Process with a blender and add garlic and beans

Finely chop mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil with salt

Stir the mushrooms, add eggs, salt and pepper, add spices, starch and gelatine. Knead well.

Put the mass on clingfilm, arrange sausages. Fix the edges with a wire. You can use string, but I gave it up because it slips off.
