How to cook "Chunky balls" in potato baskets step by step with photos
Boil liver and mince through a meat grinder. |
Peel carrots and onions, chop and sauté in oil. |
Add spices and vegetables to liver. |
Peel and grate three eggs and add to liver. Stir everything well.
If the mixture seems a bit dry, then add butter or mayonnaise. |
Peel potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Squeeze out the excess juice and add an egg, salt and pepper. |
Now we need a muffin tin. I have a silicone one.
If it's a metal mold, grease it with butter. |
Spread the potato mixture into the molds, distributing it over the bottom and sides. |
Put in oven for 20 minutes at 200-220*C. |
Form balls from liver mass.
Grate remaining 4 eggs on medium slices and mix with mayonnaise (slightly). Roll balls in this mixture and put them in baskets.
Enjoy your dinner!! |
