How to cook liver rolls step by step with photos

First make pancakes with liver dough. Prepare the ingredients. Rinse chicken liver well, trim off foil. Prepare spec, milk, egg, flour. Grind liver in blender first.

Add egg, spices, milk to liver mixture.

Add flour and prepare pancake batter. Do not add all flour at once, you may need less. The batter should be slightly thicker, like for ordinary thin pancakes.

Fry the pancakes in the usual way on moderate heat on both sides. Don't make them too thick, or they won't be easy to roll up into a bagel.

While the liver pancakes are cooling, prepare the filling. We need cream cheese, garlic, parsley, creamy garlic sauce TM MaheevЪ, parsley herbs roasted onions and carrots.

Fry onion and carrots until soft and slightly golden.

Combine all the ingredients for the filling.

Grind everything with a blender to a paste.

Spread a thin layer of prepared pâté on the liver pancake.

Cut the pancake into 8 pieces and twist each piece into a bagel. Put the snack in the fridge to cool.

The liver bagels are ready. This appetizer is delicious and looks spectacular on the table. Help yourself! Bon appetit!
