  • Chicken Guts - 0,5 kg
  • Sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs
  • Carrots - 3-4 pcs
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 1-2 pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Vegetable oil
  • Red hot pepper (ground)
  • Paprika
  • Coriander (ground)
  • Basil
  • Vinegar (apple or wine vinegar) - 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon

How to cook appetizer "spicy giblets" step by step with photos

Rinse the acorns thoroughly. Slice them lengthways into 3-4 pieces. Chop garlic in half rings.

Mix paprika, coriander, basil, red hot pepper, soy sauce, garlic and vinegar in a bowl. And in this mixture we place the prepared stomachs. Let's marinade for an hour.

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Slice into julienne strips. Fry in oil on a hot pan for 10 minutes. Stir constantly, making sure it does not burn.

Add bellies and marinade and fry for about another 5 minutes. Add more red pepper (for those who like it hot) and basil. Cover with lid, turn down the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
