Ingredients for spring rolls with turkey stomachs and vegetables:


  • Turkey Belly (TM "Indelight") - 300 g
  • Avocado - 0,5 pc
  • Sweet red pepper - 0.5 pc
  • Red onion - 0.5 pc
  • Cucumber - 0.5 pc
  • Carrot - 0.5 pc
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce - 2 pcs
  • Rice paper - 8 pcs
  • Lemon - 0,5 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Soy sauce (to serve) - 40 ml
  • Thyme - 1 sprig.

How to cook spring rolls with turkey stomachs and vegetables step by step with photos


For spring rolls I use the stomachs of TM "Indelight".

Slice stomachs into julienne strips. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.

Fry on a frying pan with oil until ready to serve. Add a sprig of thyme for flavor.

Slice the avocado thinly and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.

Slice fresh cucumber, bell peppers, carrots and lettuce. Chop the Crimean sweet onion with the paprika.

Dip a sheet of rice paper in warm water for 5 to 10 seconds. While it's still firm, put it on a wooden board. If the sheet is not soggy, you can sprinkle it with water.

Spread the filling on the rice paper, a little at a time.

Then roll up carefully in an envelope.

Fry spring rolls in well heated oil until crispy.

Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs, with soy sauce or other sauce. Bon appetit!
