Ingredients for liver balls "surprise":

  • Chicken liver - 500 g
  • Hollandaise cheese - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Beans (TM "Mistral" Kidney) - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook liver balls "surprise" step by step with photos

Prepare our ingredients.

Soak the beans and boil them until tender.

Fry onion in small amount of oil.

Boil liver in salted water until tender with bay leaf. Boil the eggs too. Let everything cool. Place in blender bowl : The liver, eggs, fried onions, 50 grams of cheese and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream. Mince it all in a blender.

You'll get a pâté like this. Taste it for salt. I did not have to salt it.

Then we take a small piece of pate mass and put 1 bean. That's if it's a little surprise. They're very tasty, I add 3 of each. We make a ball.

And roll this ball in grated cheese (on a fine grater). Place it on a plate. You can sprinkle with greens. Have a nice holiday!!!
