Ingredients for liver snack "tangerines":


  • Carrots (medium, boiled) - 3 pcs
  • Chicken liver - 250 g
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 3 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Buckwheat grits - 1/4 glass
  • Sour cream (with a slide) - 1 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon

How to cook liver snack "mandarins" step by step with photos


Peel and grate boiled carrots on a fine grater

Rinse and dry liver and place in a heated pan with oil. Pour 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce and add chopped onions.

Braise for about 15 minutes, then remove from heat and cool.

Boil buckwheat until soft. Boil eggs until hard. In a bowl put buckwheat, chopped eggs and liver in blender.

Add sour cream and soy sauce. Mix well.

Roll out the mass into balls, whose diameter is a little less than a tangerine. Surround them with grated carrots. Keep in fridge until serving.

Before serving "tangerines" Decorate with greens or mandarin sprigs. Serve. Enjoy!!
