Ingredients for tender liver souffle:

  • Beef Liver (chicken) - 500 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 2 EA
  • Milk (or cream 10-15%) - 100 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3-5 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook tender liver soufflé step by step with photos

Mince or mince liver, carrots and onion with a meat grinder.

Whisk eggs with salt and add to liver.

Then add milk (or cream), season with salt and pepper, add flour and mix well. The mass should be like pancakes.

Grease a baking tin, pour out the mass and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick (if the toothpick is dry - the soufflé is ready).

Grated cheese (firm or melted with boiled egg) with garlic and mayonnaise is good as a side dish. On the photo - in the middle of the soufflé. It is better to put garnish in cooled (you can warm it) soufflé.

Slice soufflé into portions when ready. Serve cold or warm.
