  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Butter - 40 g

  • Hard cheese - 60 g
  • Yogurt (natural, no additives) - 4 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman TM) - 2 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg - to taste

How to cook liver in a tender soufflé step by step with photos

Prepare the baskets for our snack - roll out a piece of dough and cut out the blanks with a mold, in which we will bake, - something like this

Cut liver in big chunks
