Ingredients for goose liver terrine with mushrooms:

  • Beef liver (any kind, preferably goose liver) - 300 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Chicken fillet - 100 g
  • Mushrooms (white, frozen) - 100 g
  • Cherries (frozen) - 100 g
  • Crumbs (ground) - 4 tablespoon
  • Red dry wine (Muscat) - 50 ml
  • Spices (salt, pepper) - to taste
  • Rosemary - 1

How to cook goose liver terrine with mushrooms step by step with photos

Liver in nutmeg, mushrooms, chicken fillet

1. Take the goose liver and cut it into small pieces, pour the nutmeg over it and let it marinate for 12 hours.

2. Defrost white mushrooms, wash, chop. 3. Chicken fillet cut in small pieces. 4. Defrost cherries, rinse, dry.

5. Mix liver, chicken fillet, mushrooms, cherries, add breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt and pepper, add your favourite seasonings to taste. 6. Put the mass into an oblong muffin tin, Top with a few rosemary leaves, cover with foil.

Put in another large dish and pour hot water over it.

7. Place in the oven to bake for an hour or more at about 180 degrees C.
