  • Raisins - 50 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoon

How to cook tongue with raisins in white sauce step by step with photos


Cook the tongue for 3 hours. After the tongue is cooked you need to wash it with cold water and skin it. Preserve the broth.

Fry flour in vegetable oil. Dissolve in the strained stock obtained by boiling the tongue. Boil. Add washed raisins and cook for about 10 minutes. After boiling, remove the sauce from the fire, add a piece of butter, lemon juice and salt.
