Tzarski liver

Tasty and tender liver tzarski became a real decoration of our table. And a favorite dish of our family.
Ingredients for liver "Tzarsky":

Chicken liver

How to cook liver royally step by step with photos

1. Wash liver and take out all excess. Put liver in blender bowl, season with salt, black pepper, dried garlic, cornstarch and blend to taste. |

2. Add cream to chopped liver, mix together. |
|
3. Place in fridge for 20 minutes. |
|
4. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, dice onions. |
|
5. Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil until onions are transparent. Salt and pepper to taste. |
|
6. Cover the open baking dish with foil (24 cm in diameter).)
Spoon some vegetables on the bottom of the dish, forming a rim. |

7. Put some chopped liver on top of the vegetables. |
|
8. Then add more vegetables. |
|
9. Last layer, liver. Preheat the oven to 180 g. and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven. |
|
10. Take the ready liver cake out of the oven, let it cool down completely in the form, then put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. |
|
11. Put the cooled liver cake on a plate, decorate with greenery and serve. |
