  • Offal (pork ear) - 2 units
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Black pepper (peas) - 6 pcs
  • Bay leaf - 3 units
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Greens (any according to taste, you can use dried ones)
  • Vinegar essence - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

Cook the ears with the carrots, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf and salt for 2-3 hours over low heat. Cool the ears in the broth so that they become juicier. When the ears are almost cooked, finely chop the onion in half rings. Put them in a bowl with a lid, add vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and I added dried celery. Close the lid and shake the bowl well, well, well. In about 30 seconds you've got some wonderful pickled onions.

Chop the ears finely. Boil the eggs "in a sack" - The white is hard, the yolk is liquid. Chop the eggs.

Mix eggs, onion and ears. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
