yummy giblets
When you hear the word "giblets" I immediately remember Gleb Zheglov's famous phrase:" Eh, now would be a hot soup with giblets, and?! " I'm sure that Gleb Zheglov would approve of such an appetizer. It can be served both as a hot dish and as a cold dish.
Ingredients for yummy giblets:
- Chicken Guts - 500 g
- Chicken Hearts - 500 g
- Onions - 500 g
- Gherkins (Pickled delicatessen from TM EKO 680g) - 1 jar.
- White dry wine - 200 ml
- vegetable oil (for frying) - 5 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - 1/5 teaspoon
How to cook delicious giblets step by step with photos

Cut bellies into small pieces, removing hard center. |

Slice hearts into small pieces. |

Slice onions. |

Pickled gherkins delicatessen from TM "EKO". Pickles are also good for this recipe, but pickles add a little spice. |

Cut cucumbers into cubes. |

Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. |

Add cucumbers to onion and fry together |
|
Fry giblets in oil, salt and season. It is important not to let them overcook. |
|
Add onion and cucumbers to fried giblets, pour wine, close lid, lower heat and stew until ready. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!! |
