  • Chicken Guts - 500 g
  • Chicken Hearts - 500 g
  • Onions - 500 g
  • Gherkins (Pickled delicatessen from TM EKO 680g) - 1 jar.
  • White dry wine - 200 ml
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - 5 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Nutmeg - 1/5 teaspoon

How to cook delicious giblets step by step with photos

Cut bellies into small pieces, removing hard center.

Slice hearts into small pieces.

Slice onions.

Pickled gherkins delicatessen from TM "EKO". Pickles are also good for this recipe, but pickles add a little spice.

Cut cucumbers into cubes.

Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add cucumbers to onion and fry together

Fry giblets in oil, salt and season. It is important not to let them overcook.

Add onion and cucumbers to fried giblets, pour wine, close lid, lower heat and stew until ready. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!!
