  • Quail egg (12-15 quail eggs (4-5 chicken eggs are ok)) - 14 units
  • Sprats (Sprats or anchovies in oil (I have sprats 6-7 pcs (1 can of 140g)) - 7 pcs
  • red hot pepper (1 hot pepper (small)) - 1 pc
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Garlic (4-5 cloves) - 4 clove
  • Tomato paste (for dressing) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (Olaina oil for dressing) - 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil (for dressing) - 2 tablespoon
  • Ketchup (Hot ketchup (chili, tobasco, any..), (I have just spicy..) for the dressing) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar (1-2 tsp.L ( I put two) for the dressing) - 2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (any (I have rice vinegar) for the dressing) - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste) - 0.5 teaspoon

Products

Boil eggs

Finely chop parsley, sprats, chili pepper and garlic

Mix all the ingredients of the dressing

Mix the dressing with the sprats, parsley, pepper and garlic and stir everything together (taste the spices)

Then put boiled eggs into the dressing and mix vigorously

Put everything into the jar (pre-prepare it), cover tightly and put in the refrigerator, better for 24 hours
