This is an absolutely delicious and very simple recipe. It's more like a little fresh take on the famous scrambled eggs. On weekends, when there's no need to rush anywhere, it's so nice to please your loved ones with such a beautiful breakfast... It can start in the afternoon on Sunday... Bon appétit!

Prepare muffin molds. If you have disposable ones, probably better. I only have silicone ones. I have to butter them. |

Use a glass to cut out the puff pastry. 2 mugs. If there is no dough, you can replace it with a thin slice of white bread or pita bread. |

And 2 molds just with bacon in a circle. Now we start adding stuffing to each mold. You can put anything you can find in the depths of your fridge. Mushrooms, tomatoes, onions (if you're not going to the reception), sausage, chicken, etc... Me: Peppers, cheese, ham. |
