Battered Eggs

I made this appetizer for a holiday meal and they all loved it!
Ingredients for the eggs in tempura:

Chicken Eggs
(10 Boiled, 2 for batter. )

Bread crumbs

Breadcrumbs

1 glass

Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon

Mustard
(The most common)

1 tablespoon

Ketchup
-
1 tablespoon
-
Dill
-
2 sprigs.

Salt
-
to taste
-
Black pepper
-
to taste
-
Hot red pepper
(To decorate on top. )

to taste
-
Vegetable oil
(For frying, to cover egg completely). )
How to cook eggs in batter step by step with photos

Halve the eggs, separating the egg yolks from the whites. |

Make breading. Pour flour, beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and breadcrumbs in another bowl. |

Warm the oil on the stove. Take half a egg white. And like a normal batter, put it first in flour, then in eggs and in breadcrumbs. |
