Ingredients for Bean Balls:


  • Beans (from Mistral)
  • Chicken Egg (2 for stuffing + 3-4 pieces depending on how many people you cook)
  • Tomatoes in their own juice
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs
  • Onions

How to cook bean balls step by step with photos


Beginning at! Soak the beans for 4-5 hours., let's celebrate.

Chop onions finely, better to mince with meat grinder

Mince beans and onions through meat grinder

Peel tomatoes (you can use any kind - salted, pickled, fresh; I had pickled cherry tomatoes) and add them to the stuffing + 2 eggs. Mix well. Salt, pepper, garlic to taste!

Peel boiled eggs, carefully wipe them dry so that the stuffing would stick better.

We take the egg and wrap it completely with minced meat

Roll in breadcrumbs and put in the fridge to set the stuffing for about half an hour

Then in an oven heated to 180°C for half an hour. And that's what we have

Serve for breakfast, lunch with sour cream or mayonnaise! Enjoy!!
