  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Hollandaise cheese (any. grate on a fine grater) - 30 g
  • Sour cream - 1 tablepoon
  • Butter (to grease the molds)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Spices (to taste )

How to cook egg nests for breakfast step by step with photos


Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and whip it into a stiff foam with a pinch of salt.

Butter a baking dish and arrange the egg whites to form a nest and make a well in the middle.

Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese, top with egg yolk, sour cream, salt, spices and the rest of the cheese.

Put in pre-heated oven up to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
