Breakfast Egg Nests

A very good variety of breakfast eggs. A very delicate, light and delicious breakfast. Quick, easy and unconventional!!!
Ingredients for scrambled eggs for breakfast:

(any. grate on a fine grater)

How to cook egg nests for breakfast step by step with photos

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and whip it into a stiff foam with a pinch of salt. |
|
Butter a baking dish and arrange the egg whites to form a nest and make a well in the middle. |
|
Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese, top with egg yolk, sour cream, salt, spices and the rest of the cheese. |
|
Put in pre-heated oven up to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
|
Spread out on plates and enjoy a nice breakfast!!!
