Breakfast of the Champion Omelet

A meal for those who want to gain muscle mass.
Ingredients for scrambled eggs "breakfast of champions":

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. |

Whip the egg whites until they are stiff and frothy. The whites have to be cold and a pinch of salt has to be added to make them beaten better. But now there are a lot of handy tools. I whipped them with a blender. |

Add the peas to the whites. Stir everything together. And place in a greased buttered and heated up frying pan. Cook over low heat until soft. That's about 15 minutes. |
