  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Green peas (I have frozen from the store) - 20 g
  • Butter - 10 g

How to cook scrambled eggs "the champion's breakfast" step by step with photos


Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Whip the egg whites until they are stiff and frothy. The whites have to be cold and a pinch of salt has to be added to make them beaten better. But now there are a lot of handy tools. I whipped them with a blender.

Add the peas to the whites. Stir everything together. And place in a greased buttered and heated up frying pan. Cook over low heat until soft. That's about 15 minutes.

Place our omelette on a plate.

Serve it up.
