Cheese and egg meatballs as an appetizer

The recipe just happened to come out of nowhere... I think why meatballs have to be only meat... So I made these meatballs.....
Ingredients for cheese and egg meatballs as an appetizer:

Rice

Chicken egg

Hard cheese

50 g

Salt

Mayonnaise
How to cook egg and cheese meatballs as an appetizer step by step with photos

Boil eggs, peel and grate them on a fine grater. |

Grate cheese on a fine grater too. |
|
Boil some rice in salted water. |
|
Add some rice to the egg and cheese mixture. Then add mayonnaise and mix well. A little more mayonnaise would be nice. |

Spread the rest of the rice on a plate with a flat bottom. Roll the mixture into balls and roll them in the rice. |
|
Garnish with the greens before serving. |
|
Of course, you can do it just as a salad and mix it all together. It wouldn't affect the taste. Just if you have time, you can make meatballs too. |
