Ingredients for Chinese egg pancakes with stuffing:


  • Stuffing Meat - 100 g
  • Sweet pepper (red) - 100 g
  • Carrots - 100 g
  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Chili pepper (green) - 20 g
  • Soy sauce ((Kikkoman) 1 spoonful in "batter" and 2 spoons in the filling) - 3 tablespoon
  • Sauce (oyster) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar (1/2 spoonful in "batter" and 1/2 spoon in the filling) - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (2 spoons in the stuffing, 1 spoon for coating the pan) - 3 tablespoon
  • Green onions
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Water - 2 tablespoon

How to cook Chinese egg pancakes step by step with photos


The amount of vegetables listed in the ingredients can be considered arbitrary. For stuffing you can use any vegetables you like. Wash, peel and use the vegetables (carrots, zucchini, sweet bell pepper, chili pepper, champignons) "julienne". This is the first time I've ever heard it called slicing in thin strips myself. I have frozen sliced mushrooms.

We take any minced meat, I have homemade (pork and beef). For this recipe you can also take ham or shrimp in addition to minced meat. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until it becomes discolored.

Put chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Fry gently stirring for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman".

Pour 2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of sauce into vegetables with stuffing. Add sugar (1/2 tbsp. Spoon) and oyster sauce (it's okay if you don't have any).

Stir everything and stew with the lid on for 2 minutes. Set the filling aside to cool.

Make egg pancakes. To make them we mix 2 eggs, water, sugar (1/2 tbsp. Spoon), soy sauce from "Kikkoman" (1 tbsp. Spoon), beat all with a mixer.

Bake the pancakes. I took a frying pan with a diameter of 18 cm. Then grease the pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter into it. You want your pancakes to be just thin, not scrambled.

Bake the pancakes until they brown on both sides.

I got 5 pancakes with this amount.

We take a pancake, put stuffing on its edge, sprinkle it with chopped green onions, wrap it in a tube.

Tie up pancake with a feather of green onions. Serve with soy sauce "Kikkoman". Enjoy your appetite and rest!
