In the dough

  • Crab Sticks - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 5 units
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 5 tablespoon
  • Parsley ( in batter and stuffing) - 1 bunch.
  • Dill ( in the paste and in the stuffing) - 1 bunch.
  • Salt ( to taste)
  • Milk (3,2 %) - 3 tablespoon

Topping

  • Mayonnaise (with slide, olive "Maheev") - 4 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese (grated) - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Black pepper (ground - to taste)
  • Chili pepper (without skin and seeds - as desired) - 1 pc

How to cook crab roll in egg step by step with photos


Crack eggs in a bowl, add milk, oil and sieved flour

Sift flour and salt to taste. Beat all ingredients with a mixer.

Peel crabsticks from foil and slice them finely enough, you can also grate them. Leave 3 pieces for stuffing. Add chopped crab sticks to egg mixture.

Finely chop the dill and parsley, and also send 1/2 part to the eggs. Т. е. Half of the greens are left for the filling. It would be desirable to buy more herbs, because the roll will be not only tasty but also beautiful.
