  • Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Ham - 50 g
  • Cucumber - 50 g
  • Sweet pepper - 50 g
  • Butter - 1-2 teaspoon
  • Crab Sticks - 50 g
  • Greens

Fill the eggs you sensibly remembered last night and took out of the fridge with hot water, just enough to hold a little finger.
